POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. pkg. hash brown potatoes 1 stick butter 1 (10 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 sm. carton sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and place in a 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle topping over all and bake for 40 minutes. TOPPING: 1/4 c. butter 2 c. corn flake crumbs |
