POTATO EGG CASSEROLE 
4 med. potatoes, cooked
3 hard boiled eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. or so, bread crumbs for topping
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour

Slice potatoes and eggs and place in casserole, alternating layers.

Make white sauce of remaining ingredients and pour over all. Top with bread crumbs, dot with butter. Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.

This casserole is especially nice for potluck meals.
