SHRIMP TOAST 
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Brown and Serve French
4 oz. can shrimp pieces, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
4 - 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/8 c. onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper (optional)

Cut French rolls into thin slices (1/6 to 1/4 inch thin). Mix the remaining ingredients in a medium size bowl. Spread mixture on sliced bread and then put bread on cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, 450 degrees. Serve on a flat platter. Serves 6-8.
