SAUTEED SHRIMP ON TOAST 
8-12 shrimp (small, 31-40/lb.)
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
3 tbsp. butter
2-3 slices whole wheat bread

Peel and devein shrimp. Toast bread; remove crust and cut diagonally. Melt butter in saute pan, being careful not to burn. Add shrimp and cook until almost done, then add garlic and onions and finish cooking shrimp. Place two shrimp on a piece of toast; sprinkle with parsley and serve hot. Serves: 4-6. (Prep and Cooking Time: 5-10 minutes)
