SHRIMP ON TOAST 
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and finely chopped
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp. fresh chives, finely chopped
Salt
Ground pepper
1 tsp. curry powder, to taste
2 drops Tabasco
Juice of 1 lemon

In mixing bowl, blend all ingredients thoroughly. Correct the seasonings, if necessary. If you wish to prepare shrimp mixture ahead of time, it will keep 6-7 hours covered with buttered wax paper and refrigerate.
