LOBSTER SALAD DIJON | |
1 lb. imitation lobster meat 4 tbsp. celery, chopped 4 tbsp. green onions, chopped 3 tbsp. parsley, chopped 1/2 red Bell pepper, chopped 2 c. red leaf lettuce, torn in bite size pieces 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon pepper 1 tbsp. dried basil leaves 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. salad dressing I In large salad bowl, place lobster meat. Use a large fork to separate meat. Add all the remaining ingredients with the exception of the salad dressing. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours. Before serving, add dressing and toss well. |
