LOBSTER SALAD (Cold) 
6 frozen lobster tails (or 2 pkg. or 1 pkg. if from Langos Tinos)
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Dash cayenne
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. stuffed olives (optional, sliced)

Boil tails according to package directions. Remove and cube meat. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine them with lobster and rice. Add celery and olives before serving. Serve cold.
