4 (1 1/2 to 2 inch) thick pork chops 4 slices onion 4 slices lemon 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. catsup Place in given order on pork chops. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Bake uncovered 1/2 hour longer. | |

I use 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup of catsup, 1/4 cup of water and a half a package of Onion Soup mix. Super easy, and quite tasty. I haven't tried it with lemon.
