FISH FILETS ROLLED IN SPINACH 
4 filets of sole
Salt, pepper, onion flakes
Mayonnaise
White wine
Parmesan cheese
Stouffers' spinach souffle
Wine

1. Salt, pepper, and pat onion flakes on filets.

2. Lightly coat with mayonnaise.

3. Cut a square of half thawed spinach souffle in center of filet. Roll and secure with toothpick.

4. Place in baking dish.

5. Add 1/4 cup of wine.

6. Sprinkle some cheese on top. Paprika on top.

7. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
