SPINACH ROLLS 
2 boxes frozen spinach
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. crumbled bacon
1 pack Ranch dressing mix
12 flour tortillas

Thaw spinach and squeeze out liquid. Mix all ingredients together. Then spread on tortilla, one at a time, just enough to cover nicely. roll each tortilla and lay on plate, edge side down and refrigerate an hour or so. This helps hold them together when you cut them. Cut into 1 inch pieces and arrange on a platter cut side down. To squeeze liquid from the spinach, place in a colander and press liquid out.
