PINEAPPLE CHEESE JELLO SALAD 
Heat 1 small can crushed pineapple. Add 1/2 cup sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add 1 package lemon or lime Jello (small size). Add 1 cup water, juice of 1/2 lemon and chill. When partly set add 1/4 pound grated longhorn cheddar cheese. Add 1 cup whipped cream or Dream Whip. Grease a shallow 8 x 10 inch pan. Mix well and chill until firm. Serves 8-10.
