ORANGE-PINEAPPLE JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. boxes orange-pineapple Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. pineapple juice, drained from crushed pineapple, use water to make difference
1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
1 lg. (2 envelopes) Dream Whip
1 can mandarin orange segments

Drain pineapple. Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water and add 2 cups juice. Chill until syrupy. Add pineapple, cheese, oranges and fold in Dream Whip (made to package directions). Pour in 9x13 inch pan. Chill until firm. Serves 10-12.
