SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. squash, cut in sm. chunks
1 onion
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 lb. grated cheese

Steam squash and onion until tender in a little water; drain. Add other ingredients; pour into greased casserole. Cover with cracker or bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
