CHOCOLATE SUNDAE DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
2/3 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
Milk
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding

Combine first 3 ingredients. Press on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

Whip together the cream cheese, softened, and powdered sugar. Fold in half of Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Combine 3 cups milk and instant pudding. Make next layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate. May top with nuts or chocolate sprinkles.
