ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. spaghetti seasoning
1 sm. can chopped olives or corn or mushrooms, etc.
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 can (8) crescent rolls
Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef. Add tomato sauce, spaghetti seasoning, and olives (or whatever). Simmer about 10 minutes. In small bowl, combine sour cream and Mozzarella cheese. Place meat sauce in bottom of a casserole dish and spoon sour cream/cheese mixture over the top. Open dinner rolls without separating and cut and patch over casserole as necessary. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake approximately 10 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.
