HAWAIIAN DELIGHT 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 well beaten egg yolks
1 c. well drained crushed pineapple
1 c. finely chopped nuts
3 well beaten egg whites
2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry Jello
Whipped cream
Graham crackers, whole

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, crushed pineapple, and nuts. Fold in egg whites. Spread over layer of whole graham crackers. Cover with another layer of crackers. Set Jello as directed on package. Cool until slightly thickened. Spread over the above mixture. Top with whipped cream before serving. Make the day before or several hours before serving.
