HAWAIIAN DELIGHT 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. milk or cream
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. nut meats
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first five ingredients together in saucepan, and cook over medium heat until it comes to boil. Stir constantly to keep from sticking. Test droplets in water until it forms a soft ball. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour on a butter plate. Cut when cool.
