CORN AND BEAN DELIGHT 
1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
1 (12 oz.) can shoe peg corn, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 (12 oz.) box Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted
Slivered almonds

Mix first 8 ingredients; pour into 2 quart shallow casserole dish. Combine crackers, butter and almonds; spoon onto top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
