GREEN BEAN AND CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onions
1 med. can white corn, drained
1 med. French style green beans, drained
8 oz. sour cream
1 can celery soup
1 sm. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
Ritz crackers crumbs for top
Dot with 1/2 stick butter

Mix all ingredients together and put in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
