SHOEPEG CORN & GREEN BEAN
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. frozen shoepeg corn
1 can French style green beans
1 sm. onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. grated cheese
Buttered cracker crumbs

Saute onions and green pepper until soft (saute in butter). Mix all other ingredients together in casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
