CORN & GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans French style green beans
2 cans shoe peg corn (white)
Grated Cheddar or Colby cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion (optional)
1-1 1/2 pkg. Hi Ho's broken
1 stick melted butter

Drain green beans and corn. Mix all ingredients together. Put crackers on top and pour melted butter on top. Cook until bubbly and crackers crunchy.
