3 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Brown Sugar Topping (recipe below)

Combine all ingredients while potatoes are hot and put in medium-size casserole. Cover with topping and bake at 325 degrees.

BROWN SUGAR-PECAN TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients and use as directed above.
