SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE WITH
TOPPING
 
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon as desired

TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole. Cover with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
