SHORTCAKE 
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk

Heat oven to 425°F. Mix ingredients until soft dough forms. Gently smooth into ungreased round pan, 8 x 11 1/2 or a square pan, 8 x 8 x 2.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes.

I use a modified recipe as follows:

1 box Bisquick
2 cups powdered milk
2 cups butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
4 cups water

Mix all ingredients into a stainless steel bowl then pour into a 9x12 foil pan with Pam spray. Make a streusel with flour, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. bake at 325°F for 20 min. To serve cut into equal squares and top with ice cream (vanilla) and top with your favorite fruit filling.
