SOY-U-CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 can pineapple chunks with juice
1 c. soy sauce
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 clove garlic
5 lbs. chicken, thighs and legs are best

Put chicken in a large oblong baking pan. (I remove the skin first.) Mix all of the other ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Great served with rice.
