RUTH'S SOY CHICKEN 
1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, skinned & cut into 8ths
3/4 c. light soy sauce
1 c. sherry wine
6 cloves garlic, slivered
Flour for dredging chicken
Oil for frying

Make marinade of soy sauce, sherry wine and garlic. Marinate chicken for 8 hours. Pat dry and dredge in flour. Fry pieces until golden brown. Set chicken on a rack in 350 degree oven and bake 30 minutes or until done.
