BAKED RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
1 sm. bottle Russing
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 cut up chicken that has been dredges with flour

Place chicken in a baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam. Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
