GRILLED TURKEY BREAST 
1 part soy sauce
2 parts Burgundy wine
1 part peanut oil

Enough liquid to submerge breast, set in refrigerator no less then 36 hours. Breast should be skinless half breast extra. Add to liquid. Onion, chopped 6 oz. - 10 lbs. meat 1 normal - 10 lbs. meat

Options to add to liquid for taste: garlic powder or salt, black pepper, allspice.

Grill breast over hot coals approximately 30 minutes. Slice and serve. (Italian dressing makes a simple marinade for grilled turkey or kabobs.)
