TURKEY BREAST MARINADE 
2 c. white Sauterne Wine
1 c. peanut oil
1 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. garlic salt

Combine wine, soy sauce, oil and garlic salt. Put turkey breast in "brown-in bag" cooking bag. Put marinade in the bag. Squeeze so marinade is over the turkey and put twister onto hold as is. Leave at least 2 hours, can be left overnight or longer. When ready to cook put breast in heavy foil and bake on 325 degrees for 3 hours.

Save marinade, can use on chicken breast (I strained mine to get any meat out). Also use marinade for gravy.
