KATHY'S PEANUT BUTTER BARS | |
1 c. light Karo syrup 1 c. sugar 1 jar crunchy peanut butter 6 to 8 oz. chocolate chips 6 to 8 oz. butterscotch chips 3 to 4 c. Special K cereal Melt sugar and syrup over low heat. Add crunchy peanut butter and stir until a good consistency. Add Special K cereal. Mix and spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in a double boiler and pour over bars. Chill in refrigerator approximately 45 minutes. Cut into bars and serve. |
