SCALLOPED POTATOES 
10 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk
ham cubes (optional)

Put sliced potatoes and onions in casserole dish. Put butter on top; salt and pepper to taste. Mix soup and milk together; pour over potatoes.

Bake at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes.

I put Cheddar cheese in mine. Last 5 minutes, put on top. Ham can be added halfway through cooking.
