ANGEL CAKE DELIGHT 
1 Angel Food cake
3 c. whipping cream
6 tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
Mini marshmallows

Take and Angel Food cake, baked or bought, and cut off about 1/2 inch from top. Save. Then cut out the middle leaving a shell of about 1 inch thickness all around. Whip together whipping cream and confectioners sugar. Take 1/2 of the whipped cream and set aside for the frosting. Save 6 prize berries for top of cake. Slice remaining.

To the other 1/2 of whipped cream, add the sliced berries, well drained pineapple, 1/2 cup mini marshmallows. Mix well, then put into cake shell. Cover with the saved top and frost with the remaining whipped cream. Top with the 6 prize berries. Chill 8 to 12 hours for best results.
