SCALLOPED POTATOES SUPREME 
8 medium potatoes, sliced
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. minced onions
2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Alternate layer of potatoes, green pepper and onions in baking dish. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Mix soup and milk. Pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.

Makes 8 servings.
