3 c. cooked yams, drained & mashed 1 c. white sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 stick butter, melted 1/2 tsp. vanilla Combine the above. Mix well. Pour into greased casserole. TOPPING: 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. flour 1 c. chopped pecans 1/3 c. butter, melted Mix and place on top of yam mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. | |
