CAN'T FAIL PIE CRUST | |
4 c. flour 1 3/4 c. shortening 1 egg 1 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. water Mix together flour, shortening, sugar and salt. Beat egg, water and vinegar together and combine with first mixture. Can be stored in refrigerator. Roll out between two sheets of waxed paper. Makes 4 pie crusts. Bake according to pie recipe of your own. |
