INA'S CRAB DIP APPETIZER 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. shallots, chopped
1 c. White Sauce
2 bay leaves
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
Dash of Lea & Perrins
Dash of Tabasco
1/2 tsp. garlic juice

Saute onions in butter until soft. Add 2 tablespoons flour and milk for white sauce. Add all remaining ingredients and let thicken over low fire. Can also be done with shrimp, oysters or chicken.
