ZIPPY TOMATO RELISH 
12 ripe tomatoes, chopped in pieces
2 big onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 c. hot peppers, chopped
2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt

May be chopped in blender or food processor. This is very hot so less hot pepper may be used if wanted a milder relish. Mix all together and be sure to simmer a full 2 hours.
