“PARTY CREAM CHEESE PINWHEELS” IS IN:

PARTY CREAM CHEESE PINWHEELS 
10 large flour tortillas
2 boxes of cream cheese
1 cup pitted black olives, finely chopped
2 tablespoons pimentos, finely chopped
1 pkg ranch dressing
2 tablespoons green jalapenos, finely chopped

Soften cream cheese Mix in the powdered Ranch dressing Add the pimentos, black olives and the jalapenos.

Spread evenly over the flour tortillas using a rubber spatula. Roll tightly. Cover and chill for about one hour. Slice into pinwheels.

My mother made these when I got married and everyone wanted the recipe.

This recipe is a lot better the next day. I don't think an hour was long enough for the flavor to set in. I will absolutely make it again, but probably the night before. I took it to work and all the girls loved it.

These were a big hit at my job's potluck! Only suggestion goes along with another comment-after rolling the tortillas, refrigerate them overnight for better flavor absorption, then slice the next day. Thanks for sharing!

I make these same things, except instead of the pimentos and jalapenos, I add red and green diced bell peppers. It gives it a completely different flavor and a bit of crunch too!!!
