NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST | |
3 c. flour 1 1/4 c. shortening 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 egg 1/2 c. water Mix flour, shortening, sugar and salt. Beat egg, add with water and vinegar and mix well. Combine the two ingredients a little at a time until all dry parts are moist. Mold together with hands. Bake the crust at 475 degrees for 8-10 minutes. |
