PORK RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. diced green peppers
1 c. diced celery
2 med. onions, diced
1 c. raw rice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water

I never use this much!

Saute sausage with vegetables. Pour off grease. Mix all ingredients. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
