PORK CHOPS AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 to 5 pork chops
2 c. minute rice
1 1/2 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (dry)

Mix rice, water, and both soups in cake pan. Put chops in and turn to coat both sides with rice mixture. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
