PORK AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. dry rice
3 c. water
1 can mushrooms
1 env. onion soup mix
4 pork chops

Brown chops. Combine rice, mushrooms and water. Sprinkle soup on top. Lay chops on top of soup. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
