PORK CHOP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
6 center cut pork chops
Tomato
Onion
Green pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. rice

Cook rice until almost done and drain. Brown chops, drain off fat. Add enough water to half cover chops. Place a slice of tomato, onion and green pepper on top of each chop. Cover and steam slowly for 1/2 hour. Place rice in 9 x 11 inch casserole dish. Carefully lift chops, tomato, onion and pepper on top of rice. Pour chop gravy over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. A meal in itself.
