PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 1/3 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 3 c. sugar 1 c. cooking oil 2 c. canned pumpkin 2/3 c. water 4 eggs Chopped nuts, if desired Sift dry ingredients into large mixing bowl. Make a well in the flour and add remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour into 2 bread loaf pans or 1 tube pan, greased and floured. Bake in 350 degree oven. Loaf pans: 1 hour and 15 minutes; tube pan: 1 hour and 30 minutes. |
