MOIST COCONUT CAKE 
1 white butter cake mix
1 jar cream of coconut
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 container Cool Whip
1 can Angel Flake coconut

Prepare cake mix according to directions except use milk instead of water. Bake according to directions. Immediately remove from oven and punch holes in cake with straw one inch apart and almost to the bottom of the cake. Pour cream of coconut in holes (save 1/4 cup of this). Pour eagle Brand milk in holes. Put in ice box and chill. When completely chilled, spread Cool Whip on top of cake. Sprinkle coconut on top of Cool Whip and drizzle the rest of the cream of coconut on the cake.
