MOIST & EASY COCONUT CAKE | |
1 white cake mix 1 tsp. coconut flavoring 2 containers Cool Whip 2 pkgs. frozen coconut 1 1/2 c. milk Mix cake mix as to directions on box. Add 1 teaspoon flavoring. Pour into a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. While cake is still hot, take a fork and punch holes all over cake and pour cold milk onto hot cake. Let cool. Frost cake with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. |
