MOIST & EASY COCONUT CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
2 containers Cool Whip
2 pkgs. frozen coconut
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix cake mix as to directions on box. Add 1 teaspoon flavoring. Pour into a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. While cake is still hot, take a fork and punch holes all over cake and pour cold milk onto hot cake. Let cool. Frost cake with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.

Instead of milk use coconut milk or cream de coco.

(Combine milk, sugar, 1/2 cup coconut in saucepan, bring to boil, simmer 1 minute, pour over cake and cool completely).
