MOIST COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. Bakers coconut
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip (8 oz.)

Prepare cake mix in a 13 x 9 inch pan, cool 15 minutes. Poke holes all over cake with a fork. Combine milk, sugar, 1/2 cup coconut in saucepan, bring to boil, simmer 1 minute, pour over cake and cool completely. Fold in 1/2 cup coconut into Cool Whip, spread over cake, sprinkle remaining coconut over cake, cool in refrigerator.
