2/3 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
3 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding

Smash Oreo cookies and spread 1/2 in a 9 x 12 pan. Mix together Cool Whip, cream cheese, butter, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, mix together pudding mix and milk. Combine mixtures and pour on top of crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Chill and serve.
