2/3 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
2 sm. pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

Place Oreo cookies in a plastic bag and crush using a rolling pin. Cover the bottom of a 9x13 inch glass dish with 1/2 of the cookie crumbs.

Using a mixer, mix the pudding and milk according to the package instructions. Gradually add in powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter and Cool Whip. Stir well. Pour mixture over crushed cookies in dish. Sprinkle remaining cookies on top. Chill.
