1 lg. pkg. Oreos, crushed
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 carton Cool Whip

Put 3/4 of cookie crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Reserve rest of crumbs for top. In bowl #1 mix pudding, milk, and vanilla. In bowl #2 mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip. Put bowl #1 and bowl #2 together and beat 5 minutes. Pour over crushed cookies. Put reserved crumbs on top. Chill at least 2 hours.
